Free Girls' Flag Football Clinic
All girls are welcome—no experience needed. In this free clinic, we’ll introduce the basics of flag football in a fun, supportive environment. Players will work on offense and defense fundamentals, including throwing, catching, route running, flag pulling, and game awareness so they leave feeling more confident and excited to play.
8-Week Girls' Flag Football Training Program (HCPS)
This 8-week training program is built for girls preparing to play girls' flag football for Howard County Public Schools. Sessions focus on core skills, position-specific technique, speed and agility, and small-sided games so players get lots of reps. It’s a great way to build confidence, improve game IQ, and get ready for the upcoming varsity season.
